Two Ways to Enter

  1. You will be automatically entered when you make a new donation online to The Solutions Project OR if you increase your monthly giving contribution by any amount between 9:00am Pacific Standard Time on December 9th through 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on December 31st! If you would like to make a donation to The Solutions Project via a mailed check, please email us at donate@thesolutionsproject.org to confirm entry in case of delivery after the deadline. The Ebike discount code will be provided once your online donation processes and will be valid from December 9th, 12:00pm PST through January 6, 11:59 pm PST.
  2. No purchase necessary. To enter the Ebike giveaway without making a donation to The Solutions Project, email us at donate@thesolutionsproject.org with your name, address, email address, and telephone number, and optional sentence about how you support TSP (for example, I follow TSP on Instagram and subscribe to TSP newsletters!). Emails must be received by 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on December 31, 2024. The Ebike discount code will be provided via email response, and will be valid from December 9th, 12:00pm PST through January 6, 11:59 pm PST.

 

Terms & Conditions

    1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
    2. By entering the giveaway you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
    3. Entry period: All entries for the Ebike giveaway (Prize) and the Ebike discount code must be received by online donation or email between 9:00am Pacific Standard Time (PST), December 9th, 2024, and 11:59pm PST, December 31st, 2024. 
    4. Only one Ebike entry and one discount code entry per household. Discount code can be used for any bike purchase, per bike, and not limited to per order.
    5. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Contestants between 8 and 17 years old must have parental/guardian permission. 
    6. Entrants for the Prize must be residents of the United States, with a valid United States mailing address to enable fulfillment of the Prize. 
    7. Employees of The Solutions Project and Veltotric are not eligible to enter.
    8. One (1) winner for the Prize will be selected at random by The Solutions Project on January 6th, 2024, and the winner will be notified on or after this date. 
    9. All entrants will receive an Ebike discount code valid on the Velotirk website, which will be valid from December 9th, 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) through January 6, 11:59 pm PST. 
    10. The Solutions Project will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Solutions Project takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
    11. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Solutions Project and Velotric shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the giveaway or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss, damage, or injury suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Disputes related to the Giveaway will be governed by the State of California and shall be resolved by binding arbitration. 
    12. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. The Prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees as applicable by law in their state.
    13. If the originally specified Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Solutions Project and Velotric reserve the right to substitute the unavailable Prize for another Prize of less, equal, or higher value.
    14. The winner of the Prize will have 5 business days to respond to The Solutions Project after being notified. If no response is received, another winner will be chosen. 
    15. The Solutions Project will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of the Prize by the winner. Velotric is wholly responsible for Prize fulfillment.
    16. The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Solutions Project and Velotric to enable fulfillment of the Prize.
    17. Privacy and data protection complies with California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Entrants can email donate@thesolutionsproject.org to request deletion of their data.
    18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
