In 2021, The Solutions Project became the first-ever Environmental Justice Partner at Climate Week NYC, marking a significant milestone in opening doors for grassroots and climate justice groups to participate in this crucial week.
Since then, our CEO & President, Gloria Walton, has taken the stage multiple times, including at the Opening Ceremony in 2021. The following year, our grantee partner Taproot Earth also spoke at the opening, and we’ve since seen groups like Intersectional Environmentalist and the Youth Climate Justice Fund join as Environmental Justice Partners. We are committed to ensuring this momentum continues.
We’re thrilled to support and highlight events from our grantees and partners, along with a few more exciting ones open to the public. We hope to see you there!
